A girl, but I ended up loving riding way more than I loved the girl ;-P

Strength and conditioning, CrossFit athlete and coach, cooking / baking / eating all the foods, skiing (when snow actually exists), San Francisco Giants baseball (Duck the Fodgers!), playing and listening to music, theater, and my two boy kitties!
