How close is it to the fire?

I'm hoping all of the parts I need to fix my CBR come in soon so I can ride!

Ok everybody.... yes, there is a fire near the area of where the ride will be  and I am unsure of where it is in relation to the route. We will keep an eye on the progress of the fire being extinguished (or not) by the time of the ride.

Should we find that it is not safe to do, then I will post an alternate one Thurs night. You can expect it to be in Livermore; a Mines Rd route.

Please read this thread before Sunday morning to be sure of where we will be meeting up at. 8-)

Just an FYI...
It's easier to exit the shopping center by going north of Luckys (in the parking lot) and taking Cromwell Way (right) to the light. It'll let you out on North Livermore. So no U-turns.

I think we'll do lunch at the Castle Rock Restaurant. It's in the same shopping center that we start the ride from.

A few updates to 1st post made in this color...

Just came back from checking this route out and let me tell y'all that this is a great ride. I think y'all will enjoy a different Livermore ride than what we've had in the past. For me, it was different ways of going on some common roads!!

Thank you Sabrina for coming up with this route that we never got to do!! As she said... "This route has some technical parts and a couple of places to really get your speed on."

I look forward to who may be coming!!!
