Female International Ride Day

#1 Post by HoneyBadger » Thu Apr 04, 2013 7:37 pm

Hey ladies - what better excuse to take a day off work than to join in with other bay area female riders to enjoy our area roads and show some girl-power?!?

Another lady rider is organizing a bay area ride with various meet spots, details can be found here: https://www.facebook.com/events/315857131874401/

I'm HOPING to make it myself - it's the Friday before my first race, so not 100% sure yet (may have to play it by ear) but they'd love to see Curve Unit there in mass if at all possible!

If you can make it, it is a great opportunity to make a presence in the female motorcycling community, and to meet other like minded riders!

I have had this on my Callender for a few weeks already. I am about 90% sure I can make it. This would be a fun filled ladies day.

Can someone post the details (date/time/meet) here rather than having to jump to FB pretty please?

I will when they post up where the meet spots are. As of today (4/9) they haven't posted where the East Bay meet spot is.

Well, I have the day off work, but still not sure if I'll be busy trying to prep for my race or if I'll pretty much be ready to go - hoping I'll pretty much be ready to roll :) and if that's the case, I'll be at this!

So do you ladies want to truck up to Emeryville, then ride south or make our own meet spot?
