How to make a small fortune racing ... start with a large one.

Go into a corner with a little less speed and come out faster

Jello_Biafra wrote:If wheelies and faster riding is your goal then I have to agree with Cory, it's time to step up. However I'd suggest riding one before you buy one.. make sure it's something that you think you can handle and behave yourself with. The power to weight ratio on a sportbike is pretty crazy, and there's not always enough braking or tire traction to support it.

I won't tell you not to do it, that is your decision to make. :)
Anyone wanna let me take a test drive???? :D I always behave myself by the way. It's not how much power you have, it's what you do with the power. I am so ready for something with a little more kick. 8)

Probably not likely that I'll get to test ride many bikes. What about your new R6 Kyle?? Whadda ya say??? I just looked at my brother's 03 GSXR 750 and it was pretty sweet. Sooooo clean! Couldn't take it around the block tho cuz the battery was dead. I will get my chance soon enough. I can touch the ground but, just barely.

New task......Who can help me lower it if I buy it?

This will NOT be a stunter might I add. I will just have to keep the 500 to play with until I get my hands on something less beautiful.

You're more than welcome to take my blue R6 for a spin next time I see you. The new one is off limits to everyone but me. kodomagnam

Okay that smiley isn't relevant at all but I had to use it. Sorry.

Ok guys. It's official. I'm picking up my brother's bike tomorrow. All nice and shiney too!. I'm trying to figure out if I need to lower it or not. I'll see how comfortable I feel before I decide. Taking it in to Godspeed for a lowering consultation. Haha.

Sorry Paco....I got a new man to conquer! 8)

Anyone need a slightly used EX500?
